Gabby Lynch said...: Yes! Thanks for all the prayers! Especially to Jim, Maureen, Griffin and Teaghan. You guys are great and I seriously couldn't have done it without the prayers. Yes, prayers DO WORK! I am proof! At about mile 16, my feet started hurting pretty bad, but I knew I just had to keep going. Then at mile 20, I was really struggling. I had a slight second wind (if you can call it that) at about mile 23. After that, at every mile marker (24,25,26) I was choking up and cried a bit, but then I finished with my dad yelling in the stands and seeing the clock at 4:58...I did it in less than 5 hours.; October 27, 2008 at 1:34 PM
